The bag was an authentic Hermes I had authenticated by a third party after purchase to be sure. Jane was super easy to deal with, personable. Shipping was amazingly quick, arrived the very next day. Jane also gave some great recommendations for services to use for things like cleaning etc.

I just love my bag! It is so beautiful and in perfect condition. Came beautifully packaged in a coach dust bag in a box beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. The chocolates were a nice touch. This is my 2nd bag from Luxuty Trade and it’s safe to say I will continue to be a repeat customer 😊
