My Gucci Travel bag was like new, every bag I purchase arrives beautifully packed and in a dust bag. I honestly feel like every bag I have received has been packed as though you are receiving it from the brand itself. I have brought brand new Gucci bags in the past, but since purchasing my very first pre-loved bag from Jane, the quality, price, fast delivery and the great communication. i will definitely be buying some more gucci from Luxury Trade. 5++++stars
